While this post is not design related, the colors were too good not to share. This photo was taken on the last day of our spring break family vacay in #exuma last week. It was during the 15 minutes I forced myself to sit still… no kids… no chatting with Exuma first-timers about where to go/what to do… no emails, no work calls, no posting… just relaxing in a hammock with a killer view. 🏝

I did it bc I promised my @vistageworldwideinc business coaching team I’d try to unplug on this trip. I honestly did unplug more than usual (thanks to my supportive team!), but I also learned I thrive on the productiveness of my daily routine, including the constant interaction with my team. I can’t help but feel complacency coming on when I sit still for too long. Does anyone else feel this way?? 😬

However, I also realize I need to practice what I preach and find more work life balance. It’s just hard to do when you love what you do and the people you work with! That being said, it’s Monday and it feels great to be back in full swing!! We have lots to share with you guys in the coming weeks!! 🙌🏻
